He has in-depth industry knowledge within the beverage alcohol three tier system in the United States. He has led several high performing teams across sales and marketing functions to delivery year over year growth results.
His broad experience includes a proven track record in finance, direct sales, distributor management, regional and national brand management, sales operations, value chain economics and U.S. route to consumer strategy. His focus concentrates on developing and aligning sales and marketing commercial strategies in local and regional markets and to position products as market leaders to capture increased market share to drive profitability. He offers diverse expertise and perspective across all elements of the sales and marketing continuum given he has held leadership positions in finance, regional commercial teams, national brand management, route to consumer and sales operations. He has developed and implemented innovative strategies and initiatives to drive commercial effectiveness in collaboration with multiple brands and spirits categories. Nick led the efforts to elevate Woodford Reserve consumer awareness & purchase intent through improved brand positioning and high-profile 360 brand activation across the U.S. He also led several key initiatives to drive commercial effectiveness for Jack Daniel's, Finlandia Vodka, Early Times, Old Forester and several other brands across multiple spirits categories. He is a well respected and collaborative leader focused on proactive solutions to foster and maintain value-added partnerships with key company constituents, distributor, and trade partners. |
